Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive intimation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Digital Assets:

Since domains and hosting are purchased instantly and cannot be "returned" to the registrar, the initial setup fee (Web Infrastructure) is 100% non-refundable once the domain is booked.

Consultation fee:

The ₹499 Booking fee collected is non-refundable.

It is a "No-Show" protection fee. If the client fails to show up for their appointment, the fee is forfeited to cover the Consultant's time.

It is just to ensure that Consultants are giving their time to Serious Business Owners and the same will be deducted from the Client's Bill after Availing our Service.
